ISO Accreditation

The accreditation process of the Oncology Institute for the Quality standard 9001-9002 has started in 2007.

The certifications were obtained as follows:
2008 - The accreditation for Quality (ISO 9001: 2008)
2009 - The accreditation for the Environment (ISO 14001:2004) and for Healt and work safety (OHSAS 18001:2007)
2010 - The accreditation for Management system of the food's safety (ISO 22000:2005)
